Duct Tape City (In Progress)

"Duct Tape City" is an animation project that I conceived of, scripted, and shot while I was living in Belgrade for three months. I was talking to the owner of a local bike shop about what it was like being born and raised in Belgrade, and he referred to it as a "duct tape city". The phrase stuck with me, and I ended up writing a script about the history of the city, and my time there, that centered on that encounter. The narration has been recorded and the score composed. I shot all the footage in abandoned buildings around the city. The animation is still in progress, but the above is a sample of the style.
